Created by an orthopedic surgeon and author, with a team of leaders in clinical and technology development, OrthoNOW is a scalable approach to connecting the public with appropriate care, products, and services.

Our digital platform integrates with our retail care delivery system to create a unique experience, founded on the principles of high customer service, expert clinical treatment, and a technology-enabled ecosystem.

IMPROVING ACCESS

Focused on the discipline of orthopedics, OrthoNOW has created a new way for consumers and employers to connect to appropriate care. Our tightly integrated systems include a mobile app that connects patient to clinician, worker to clinic, and clinician to clinician.

Services are delivered via telemedicine and in retail-like clinic settings. The traditional appointment setting and long lead times have been eliminated.

Most importantly, we’ve created a way to avoid going to the ER, so first responders in hospitals can focus on caring for life-threatening diseases.

LEVERAGING TECHNOLOGY

We reimagined the patient experience from the ground up, implementing proprietary technology to ease the friction points and solve the problem of long waits and worsening conditions.

Our digital solution allows for the collaboration of leading experts on a patient case, providing for rapid resolution and surgery if needed. Platforms track patient communications as well as clinical opinions.

Touchpoints ensure coordinated care that result in shorter recovery cycle times and reduced costs.
